Our Mission
Some students are fighting battles you can't see. They carry weight that doesn't show. They smile in class, then go home and struggle alone.
Many quietly battle anxiety, depression, isolation, and emotional pain. For some, it goes deeper into self-harm and thoughts of giving up.
Still Here exists for that moment. When a student decides to keep going. When they realize they're not alone. When they choose to stay.
Healing often begins the moment someone feels seen. When a Pro-athlete shares their scar and says, "I survived this. So can you." Something shifts.
Sometimes the most powerful message is simply: stay.

Behind every story is someone who needed to feel seen.
Suicide is the #2 cause of death among young people ages 10–24.
Behind every number is a student who needed someone to show up before it was too late.
That's why Still Here exists.
Not information. Real stories.
Not speakers. Pro-athletes.
Not surface-level motivation. Truth.
Not just a message. A moment students carry with them.
Pro-athletes don't just talk. They share what almost broke them. And in doing so, they give students permission to face what they're going through.

Pro-athletes have performed under pressure most people will never experience.
But behind that performance is something else: injury, doubt, anxiety, identity struggles, and real mental battles.
When they speak, students don't just hear them. They believe them.

Rooted in real struggle, not polished motivation. Athletes share their actual battles with mental health, trauma, and survival.

This isn't a lecture. It's an experience. Students see their own pain reflected in Pro-athlete scars and realize their story matters.

Every student leaves knowing they're part of a movement of survivors and warriors. They carry the message: Still Here. You matter.

The experience doesn't end when the event does. Wristbands, hoodies, and conversations keep the message alive.
Still Here isn't a program. It's a movement where Pro-athletes show up as leaders, educators, and fellow survivors — where every student in the room feels seen, and pain becomes purpose.
Live assemblies and student experiences led by Pro-athletes who share real stories of struggle, survival, and resilience.
Students do not just receive information. They feel seen, understood, and less alone.
The message does not end when the event ends. It becomes something students carry with them.
Wristbands, hoodies, and visible campaign reminders help reinforce belonging, hope, and staying power.
