$50+ billion in opioid settlement funds are being distributed. Youth mental health prevention is an approved use. We help you deploy it where it saves lives.
Students don't connect to information. They connect to people.
Pro-athletes have lived through pressure, identity struggles, and mental health challenges — the exact battles your students are fighting.
When they speak, students listen differently. Not as a presentation. As proof.
Credibility Creates Connection.Connection Creates Impact.

The Centerpiece
Pro-athletes are not speakers.
They are proof that you can survive.
They have lived through pressure, identity struggles, and mental health challenges.
That's why students trust them.
A Pro-athlete in a room doesn't feel like a program. It feels like a lifeline. And when a student hears "I survived this," from someone they admire, everything changes.
M.V.P. Youth Sports & Mental Health Camp
Our M.V.P. sports camps are hosted by Pro-athletes and combine sports-specific training, mentorship, and mental health intervention — all in one powerful experience.

Single-day or multi-day camps where students train alongside their heroes — and in the process, open up about what they're really going through.
This is not just a sports camp.
This is intervention through connection.
Inside an M.V.P. Camp
How to Fund M.V.P. Camps
M.V.P. camps qualify as youth mental health prevention programs under opioid settlement guidelines. They can be funded through:
Annual Mental Health Kickoff
States and cities use M.V.P. camps as their annual youth mental health kickoff campaign— a high-visibility event that launches the year's prevention efforts, generates media attention, and reaches students with a message that sticks.
One camp. Hundreds of students. A year of momentum.

Get InvolvedThis is what happens when you fund a Still Here program in your state.

Step 01
A Pro-athlete stands before hundreds of students and shares their darkest mental health moments — the battles they fought, the moments they almost didn't make it, and how they found their way through.

Step 02
After the Pro-athlete shares, every student receives a Heart Card— a private, safe space to write what's really on their heart. No pressure, no audience, just honesty.
Cards are collected and reviewed privately in a designated area with a school counselor or behavioral health partner on site. This is how we surface the students who need help most.

The actual Heart Card used in every Still Here program

Step 03
Every single disclosure is reviewed privately with an on-site school counselor or behavioral health partner. No disclosure is missed. No student walks away without a next step.
They're still here because someone funded the moment that saved them.

🎯
Annual kickoff events, back-to-school initiatives, or community festival activations with Pro-athletes as the draw.
🤝
Tied directly to opioid settlement funds for youth prevention. Heart Card process feeds directly into your mental health infrastructure.
This is a visible, scalable initiative funders can stand behind.
Whether it's state funding, opioid settlement dollars, corporate sponsorship, or foundation grants — Still Here is designed to be the anchor program that demonstrates real ROI.
If one student decides to stay because of this…
it's worth it.
But we've already reached 50,000+ students. We've already intervened in 5,000+ crises. We've already saved lives.
Imagine what we could do with your support.
Why do students open up to our athletes?
Because they've been where these kids are.
The challenge
Traditional approaches often struggle to break through. Students have heard the messaging before — they need something that feels different, personal, and real.
What breaks through
A Pro-athlete standing in front of them sharing their darkest mental health moments — raw, real, unfiltered. That authenticity creates connection where other approaches can't.
When someone who "made it" admits they almost didn't, everything changes. Walls come down. Conversations happen. Lives get saved.
Pro-athlete led assemblies, Q&A sessions, and mentorship programs delivered to students in their schools, creating immediate emotional impact and lasting conversations.
Trained Pro-athletes provide ongoing mentorship and support, reinforcing the message of resilience and creating accountability for behavioral change.
Wearable campaign reminders (hoodies, wristbands) and social media content keep the movement alive long after the initial event.
Founded and led by sports industry veterans who understand both the Pro-athlete world and youth mental health crisis.
Unlike most programs that hire speakers, we use active and former Pro-athletes as primary messengers. Their credibility is unmatched.
Access to dozens of professional athletes across sports, all with lived experience of mental health struggles.
Students respond to authenticity. When a Pro-athlete shares their scars, youth believe recovery is possible.
We don't just create programs.
We build movements that save lives.
We work with your funding structure—whether state allocation, county settlement funds, or blended sources.
State Opioid Settlement Allocation
Deploy across multiple counties and school districts statewide. We help you maximize reach and demonstrate measurable impact for reporting requirements.
County Settlement Funds or Regional Behavioral Health Budgets
Targeted deployment for county-level abatement efforts. Ideal for counties receiving direct settlement allocations.
District Funds, Grants, or County Partnerships
Multi-school program within a single district including Pro-athlete visits, follow-up programming, and student engagement.
Flexible Funding Sources
Start with a single event or small cluster of schools to demonstrate impact before scaling. Perfect for building internal support.
Need help navigating your settlement fund allocation or building a proposal for internal stakeholders? We provide full support.
It's a life you help save.
Every dollar deployed toward Still Here goes directly to bringing Pro-athletes into rooms where students feel hopeless. It goes to Heart Cards that surface hidden crises. It goes to the moment a student realizes they're not alone.
Let's PartnerState agencies, foundations, corporate partners — we'll build the program that matches your mission.
